1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 8k87 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the User," or "Player") who registers, accesses, or uses the 8k87 online gaming platform accessible at https://8k87.one and its associated subdomains, applications, and services (collectively, "the Platform").

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Acceptable identity documents include Philippine-issued passports, SSS/UMID cards, driver's licenses, PhilSys National IDs, and other government-issued photo identification. 3.3 You agree to promptly update your account information if any registered details change. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.4 The Company reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
4.1 You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 8k87 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party for any reason.
4.2 You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. Any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested through your account are binding on you, subject to these Terms.
4.3 You must notify the 8k87 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, or if your credentials have been compromised. The Company will take reasonable steps to assist, but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
4.4 The Company strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number. Sessions on public devices, shared computers, or public WiFi networks present increased security risk; you are advised to log out fully after each such session.
5.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit on the 8k87 platform is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The Company does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which the Company accepts no responsibility.
5.2 All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made using accounts, cards, or e-wallets belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to reverse any third-party deposit and close the associated account.
5.3 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit on your account, subject to the Company's verification requirements. The Company targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts; actual processing times may vary based on network conditions and verification status.
5.4 The Company reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. If a withdrawal request triggers an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) flag or is otherwise flagged for review, processing may be delayed pending investigation. The Company will communicate any such delays to the affected Player.
5.5 Currency. The primary currency of the 8k87 platform is the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
6.1 8k87 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each individual promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, these general Terms shall apply.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal is eligible for processing. 6.3 Bonus Abuse. 6.5 Players who have opened a self-exclusion period are not eligible to receive or redeem bonuses during the exclusion period.
7.1 Each game available on the 8k87 platform is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the game rules shall be the definitive reference.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the Platform or any game, the Company reserves the right to void all affected bets and return staked funds to the relevant Players. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
7.3 All random number generators (RNGs) and live dealer equipment used on the Platform are independently certified for fairness. Game outcomes are determined by certified systems and are not subject to manipulation by the Company, Players, or any third party.
7.4 Bets placed and confirmed are final. The Company does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers, except where a technical error demonstrably affected the bet placement process.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content thereon.
11.2 The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.
11.3 The Company's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
12.1 The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by 8k87 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 The Company will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with applicable legal obligations (including anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements), and to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

13.1 The Company may suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) the Company is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction; (c) the Company determines that you have engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise harmful conduct; or (d) your account shows no activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
13.2 Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any balance in your account may be forfeited if the closure is directly attributable to prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, fraud, or other violations. In all other circumstances of account closure (including voluntary closure by the Player), verifiable real-money balances will be returned to the Player subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
13.3 You may close your 8k87 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. We recommend withdrawing your remaining balance before requesting closure.
14.1 If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of the Platform, your account, or these Terms, you must first contact the 8k87 customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. 14.2 If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction through the informal process, you may escalate your complaint to the Company's formal complaints process by emailing the address listed in Section 17 with the subject line "Formal Complaint." The Company will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.
14.3 The Company's decision following the formal complaints process shall be final and binding, except where a regulatory body with jurisdiction over the matter provides a contrary determination.
15.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, the Company will provide advance notice to registered Users via email or SMS to the contact details on file. Non-material amendments may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication on the Platform.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8k87 holds its gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in the Philippines.
